Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You download the app and get 10 full days. Payment is only asked for once they run out.
What happens to my chats if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your accounts and conversations stay saved on your computer; the app simply stops opening until you renew.
On how many computers can I use it?
On two with the same licence. If you change computers, write to us and we free up the old one at no cost.
Does it work offline?
The accounts need internet to work, like in any browser. The licence itself holds up for a week offline without any trouble.
Is it safe? Do you see my messages?
No. Everything stays on your computer; our server only checks whether your licence is up to date. No message or contact ever passes through us.
